Goal: evaluation, from the technical, environment and economic sustainability point of view, of the feasibility of specific products realized with polymeric material recycled for several industrial sectors starting from specific flows of post-consumed materials. 
Motivation:research of industrial market for materials coming from end of life vehicle (ELV). Main interest is formulation concerning materials coming from the ELV bumpers treatment.

Achieved results:Starting from recycled post-consumed materials, different formulations of polymers have been investigated and characterized and then they have been used to realize demonstrators for each industrial sector:
·          Pillar inside vehicle (automotive sector - CRF e Gallicchio Stampi)
·          flipper (sport sector - SALVAS Sub)
·          collar (industrial packaging sector - CAMPIA Imballaggi)
For the three applications, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies have been performed to evaluate the environmental impact reduction both of the formulations and selected materials and of components realized using recycled materials coming from recycling process developed by Mectra in the project. Moreover, Economic analyses have been performed to evaluate the amount of the proceeds concerning the use of recycled materials inside each production process. Comparative LCA of the same formulation loaded with natural fibers have been performed as well
The achieved results have highlighted remarkable advantages both from the environmental point of view, thanks to credits from material recycling, and from the economic point of view, thanks to lower costs of the recycled material.
